How We Build PPC Injury Engines

We have over 15 years of experience in PPC Advertising, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing. We created a 5,000,000 keyword Personal Injury PPC engine that we can reproduce and target to your specific geographical location(s). This powerful PPC engine will produce a steady flow of real-time leads catered to your firm’s injury practice areas of law.

We have learned from actual campaigns what works and doesn’t work in PPC legal marketing game.

We’ve learned how to effectively bid on legal keywords to stay on the first page of search results.

We added PPC advertising strategies used by big national firms and lead generators to get online cases to our localized PPC Engines.

Strategic PPC advertising allows any size law firm to strategically build a large net of personal injury targeted keywords that will continue working for you 24/7 – 365 days a year.

Bing AdCenter Pay-Per-Click Engines

We Build Bing AdCenter PPC Personal Injury Engines

We like to start building our legal PPC advertising campaigns with a Bing AdCenter PPC Injury Engine. The reason is simple; the cost to play here is significantly less than Google AdWords and the competition not as crowded.

Try This Little Search Exercise

Go search your main keywords like “Your State Injury Lawyer” on both Google and Bing/Yahoo! search engines.

On any given day, Google’s ratio is 2-3 pages deep of competitors battling it out bidding up against each other for top positioning.

On the Bing/Yahoo! network you will see competitors 1-1/2 pages deep also battling it out for top position but at 30-50% of Google AdWords cost per click and against a less number of competitors.

Google vs Bing Yahoo! PPC Performance Numbers

Every Internet marketer knows Google dominates in U.S. search volume, handling just less than 2/3 of all search queries. But PPC advertising studies are showing that while Google dominates in total search queries, it is not dominating in the most important category, Cost Per Click (CPC).

According to a proprietary AdGooroo data study, the Cost-Per-Click on U.S. Google AdWords text ads had increased an average of 40% across 9 major industry categories between the first quarters of 2012 and 2014.

Study Highlights Include:

Increases in CPC were highest in the Legal and Automotive categories where PPC advertisers paid an average of 100% and 83% more per Google AdWords clicks.

The most significant difference in price between the 2 search engines was in the Legal category (231%) and Home & Garden (160%).

On average, advertisers paid 93% more per click on Google AdWords than on Bing Ads in the first 3 months of 2014.

PPC Ad/Impression Numbers

In another study done by AdGooroo entitled, Yahoo! Bing PPC Performance Metrics analyzed where advertiser participation and performance metrics on the Yahoo! Bing network through Bing Ads compared to Google AdWords.

The study looked at U.S. advertisers in 6 verticals during Q312.

No surprise that AdWords out-delivered Bing Ads by serving 7.3 million more ad impressions in the Shopping and Classified category.

What was surprising is that Bing Ads come out ahead in the Financial Services category with an edge of over a million ad impressions.

The study points out that the popularity of the financial reporting section of the Yahoo! and MSN/Bing search engine portals.

Google AdWords did not have a significant lead in impressions serving in the other 4 verticals ofTravel (5.79%-3.43%), Education (2.23%-1.93%), Business (3.57%-3.32%) and Computer/Internet(8.68%-3.32%) Ad Impressions, Q3 2012 (millions).

Average Cost-Per-Click Comparisons

Advertising Verticals Google AdWords Bing Yahoo! AdCenter
Shopping and Classified Keywords      $0.72 $0.44
Financial Service Keywords                       $2.88 $1.98
Travel Keywords                                      $0.83 $0.64
Education Keywords                                   $3.51 $2.07
Computer/Internet Keywords             $1.08 $0.40
Business Keywords                                     $1.98 $0.91

PPC Advertising Study

Of the 39,000 PPC advertisers included in the study that ran paid search campaigns on Google AdWords, only 55% of them also had campaigns on Bing Ads during that time. This means less competition for the legal advertisers that are considering running legal advertising campaigns on Bing Ads.

This study showed that PPC Advertisers consistently paid higher premiums on Google AdWords. The biggest average cost per click discrepancy was in the Computer and Internet vertical, with advertisers paying an average 117% more per click on Google AdWords than on Bing Ads.

These studies highlight PPC Advertisers pay a premium to gain access to Google Ad Words’ higher volume of searchers and click-throughs.

Around the time of this study we started switching more of our PPC advertising budget to the Bing Ads network and have enjoyed really good Cost Per Lead conversion numbers and haven’t returned to the pre-programmed mindset that you have to spend more money on Google AdWords to be successful.

Winning PPC Strategies

Over the years we have seen many law firms try a PPC strategy for a couple months, get frustrated and then quit. They see their daily budgets depleted quickly and don’t understand why they are not getting good quality clicks and leads. They figure logically, if they are the highest bidder, they will get cases.

We’ve found that being listed as #1 on PPC search results doesn’t necessarily mean that you will get the best results. We’ve found that having a bigger net live 24/7 – 365 days a year does get results.

Successful PPC marketers know that really have to keep your PPC campaigns live for a year to get good conversion numbers. You can’t launch a PPC campaign for a couple of months then quit. That is not marketing. That is a “READY, FIRE, AIM, Strategy!”

Think about it, by keeping your PPC campaign LIVE 24/7 – 365 days a year you will have 12 months of accurate marketing data to target and work with. Leave it up for 1 year and see what it will produce for your firm.

Having 1 year of marketing stats will allow you to recognize new targets of opportunity such as:

  • Target times of the year based on your peak season
  • Target times of the day or days of the week
  • Target specific, researched keywords and phrases
  • Target specific increases in leads when laws change
  • Target specific increases in leads around holidays

Why Having a Bigger Net Works

You can get more quality leads by bidding lower on a larger volume of personal injury keywords than a small group of high priced targeted keywords. When competitors deplete their daily bid budgets, their campaigns shut down for the day. This means that the steady player with more keywords moves up in the search results when competitor campaigns shut down at various times of day.

The “Unknown Algorithm” in Legal Marketing

In the online legal marketing business, you must always account for the unknown algorithm in ALL marketing campaigns. The unknown algorithm is something that can never be known. For example, you can never anticipate when a person will be injured, have an accident, or death, nor can you anticipate when that person will seek answers and legal help in an online search.

Strategic PPC advertising allows any size law firm to strategically build a large net of targeted keywords that will continue working 24/7 – 365 days a year.

We have over 15 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization, PPC Advertising and Search Engine Marketing. We created a Personal Injury PPC engine that can be reproduced and targeted to your specific geographical location(s). This Personal Injury PPC engine will produce a steady flow of real-time personal injury leads catered to your firm’s injury topics.

Our PPC legal marketing will get your firm exclusive local injury leads. Our PPC Injury Engine will level the playing field with your competitors with deep pockets that dominate your areas of law.

Added Benefits:

With 5 million injury keywords live working for you 24/7  – 365 days a year comes the added benefit of “PPC Engine Suggested Keywords”.

The Bing Adcenter PPC admin panel comes with a unique feature that wants you to win.

Each campaign will suggests new keywords on a regular basis to add to your PPC campaigns based on the targeted injury keywords you have listed in your campaigns. This means that the PPC engine scans its database on regular basis looking for more  relevant keywords and related keyword phrases people use on their search engines and offer them to you to add to your campaigns.

These words are then “suggested” for to you to accept or reject in your PPC campaign admin. This also means that your PPC Injury Engine will continue to grow automatically with more keywords making it very unique and more valuable to your specific practice areas.

We recommend adding suggested relevant keywords to your campaigns but at a lower bid price. This means that your PPC Engine will continue to grow with a plethora of state/county/city and targeted injury specific keywords on a regular basis.

This makes your PPC Injury Engine unique and 1 of a kind.

PPC Injury Engine Pricing

Pricing for customized injury keywords for your targeted state, county and cities is $1,000 per 1 Million injury keywords (Minimum 5 Million Keywords)

  • Keywords targeted for your injury practice topics
  • Keywords targeted for your geographic location (county/city)
  • Highest quality keywords available
  • Keyword bid strategy included
  • Keywords used in actual successful injury PPC campaigns
  • Customize keywords for specific areas of law.

Here’s What You Can Expect to Pay For Your PPC Injury Engine

  • $5,000 for 5 million highly targeted keywords. (Starter Engine)
  • $10,000 to build your custom PPC Engine (10-14 Days)
  • $3-$5,000 per month budget for PPC injury clicks
  • $500 for a targeted landing page that matches your website (optional)
  • $1,000 a month to manage your PPC Engine (optional)

Ask yourself this question: How many cases will you need in your first year to pay for your own 5 million PPC Injury Engine?

If you get 1 case that settles in the $200,000 range with 1/3 legal fees, your engine is paid for.

We estimate that by following our bid strategies with 5,000,000 targeted injury keywords you will get 1-4 new cases per month.

Expect to pay less than what you would for a nice luxury car, and you can write it off 100%. The new car may look nice, but its engine won’t get you any new cases.

Legal Help Centers Corp. has a proven track record in developing, implementing and managing successful Pay-Per-Click campaigns that produce injury leads and cases.

Compare With Other Law Firm Marketing Expenses

A TV commercial could cost over $50,000 depending on production company preferences. The cost to run an ad can be in the additional thousands of dollars or more depending on the channel and time slot.

The costs of a professional law firm website ranges from $7500 to $25,000 which a good investment. If you are going to pay $5-10,000 per month in PPC advertising you want to have a nice website experience for your visitors.

Law Firms with large spend budgets know that even if it costs $10,000 month in PPC Ad costs, a single click per month will put them in the positive green zone with a new targeted case.

The cost of  a new car every 1-2 years can never compare to owning your own 5,000,000 injury keyword engine.
